FSLG AGM and Study Day Monday, 11 December 2017
VENUE: Durning Lawrence Room, Senate House Library
The Annual General Meeting and mini Study Day of the French Studies Library Group will take place on Monday 11 December, kindly hosted by Colin Homiski, Research Librarian (Visual/Performing Arts & Philosophy), Senate House Library. All WESLINE group members are very welcome to join us.
If you wish to attend, please e-mail me, Kate Courage, as soon as possible, and by no later than *Monday 4 December*. Please put FSLG AGM 2017 in the subject line. Also please could you state any special dietary requirements.
The cost for the day, to cover morning refreshments and lunch, will be £10. Delegates are asked to pay on the day and will be issued with a receipt by the FSLG Treasurer, Annick Mann.
12.00-12.15: Arrival. Registration. Tea and coffee.
12.15-13.15: FSLG AGM. As part of the AGM, delegates will be invited to present brief updates on significant developments in their institutions.
13.15-14.00: Sandwich buffet lunch.
14.00-14.45: Dr Matthew Shaw (Librarian, Institute of Historical Research): ‘Exploring the Francophone collections at the Institute of Historical Research’ (Chair: TBC)
14.45-16.00: Tour of the Institute of Historical Research Library led by Dr Matthew Shaw
16.00-16.30: Coffee/Tea in the Institute of Historical Research café (at own expense).
